Requirements

Candidates must possess a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, be a Licensed Psychologist, and prefer BCBA certification. They should be fluent in the American Psychological Association Publication Manual, 7th Edition, and have experience conducting research with human subjects, implementing evidence-based interventions for autistic people and people with I/DD, and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

The Director of Research will oversee and support five or more research initiatives annually, including IRB protocol development, study implementation, manuscript writing, and publication. They will attend and present at conferences, contribute to manual and curriculum writing, support Catalight Classroom courses, provide complex case consultation, build relationships with researchers and clinicians, and manage special projects while fostering a collaborative and transformative approach to Clinical Excellence operations.
