Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in quality assurance and management, with a strong preference for experience in the technology or manufacturing industry. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Quality, you will be responsible for building and implementing a comprehensive quality framework across Evolve Technology’s product lifecycle, from supplier selection through customer installation. This includes establishing key quality metrics, conducting assessments of existing systems, developing and implementing a QMS, leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, and driving a culture of operational excellence. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving quality gaps, managing field issues through a closed-loop process, participating in design reviews, and ensuring product reliability and manufacturability. Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to foster alignment and accountability regarding quality standards and performance.
