Requirements

10+ years in engineering and/or product experiences in product and/or developer platforms
Prior engineering experiences at staff or higher levels (highly desired)
Demonstrated experience building and scaling large scale consumer product platform
Relevant and helpful experiences in consumer engagement, payment/commerce platform, data/ML/AI platform, security and compliance
A self-starter mindset with relentless curiosity and a strong bias for action
Customer-obsessed and data driven approach, and ability to make decisions quickly
Strong execution skills to materialize product strategy to successful outcomes

Responsibilities

Be a leader and a driver for platform strategy and execution
Be a visionary for product infrastructure; build the lego blocks that everyone else will use to build their products
Be responsible and accountable for customer discovery, product strategy and execution, and successful outcomes
Operate as a hands-on combat leader: call your customers, analyze your data, clarify your intent, set your goals, plan your execution, and be responsible for your outcome
Lead and coach a very small and nimble team of product managers (3-5)
