Responsibilities

  • Creating a clear and compelling medium and long-term vision for driving growth and developing a data-informed roadmap to realize that vision
  • Hiring, coaching, and managing a team of technical product managers
  • Leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to define and execute end-to-end strategies for organic growth and maximizing the effectiveness of paid marketing
  • Partnering with finance and marketing leadership to define clear goals for consumer growth across channels and products
  • Establishing a robust experimentation calendar anchored in crisp goals and objectives
  • Lead, manage, and develop highly functional teams, ensuring detailed experimentation methodology and execution that is scalable and sustainable
  • Work closely with Design, Analytics, and Engineering to transform ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize each component of the customer journey
