Responsibilities

Creating a clear and compelling medium and long-term vision for driving growth and developing a data-informed roadmap to realize that vision
Hiring, coaching, and managing a team of technical product managers
Leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to define and execute end-to-end strategies for organic growth and maximizing the effectiveness of paid marketing
Partnering with finance and marketing leadership to define clear goals for consumer growth across channels and products
Establishing a robust experimentation calendar anchored in crisp goals and objectives
Lead, manage, and develop highly functional teams, ensuring detailed experimentation methodology and execution that is scalable and sustainable
Work closely with Design, Analytics, and Engineering to transform ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
Design and implement A/B tests to optimize each component of the customer journey
Hone strategic thinking by transforming large data sets into stories that help leadership make decisions
Perform quantitative forecasting and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize the roadmap
Drive the product development process from ideation to launch to impact analysis, collaborating with many teams
