Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of product experience, with a minimum of 4 years managing high-performing product teams, and demonstrated experience with AI/LLMs and a strong interest in leveraging them in product development. A proven track record of leading consumer-facing product initiatives, particularly mobile applications, is also required, along with comfort working in fast-paced, greenfield environments and a hands-on approach with a bias toward action and ownership.

Responsibilities

As Director of Product, Care Connections, the individual will own and evolve the product vision for the Care Connections pillar, focusing on developing AI-enabled in- and inter-session experiences to support continuous care. They will lead a team of product managers to ship high-leverage features across the client mobile app and web, identify new opportunities and drive innovation, collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, and contribute hands-on to strategy, user research, and product execution while driving alignment across executive stakeholders and inspiring their team toward bold product outcomes.
