Requirements

Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Doctorate preferred)
5+ years of progressive leadership in higher education operations or campus administration
Strong understanding of higher education operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Lead Campus Operations – Serve as the on-site administrator overseeing daily campus operations, ensuring efficiency in student services, registration and records, compliance, and conduct while driving continuous improvement and accountability across departments
Strengthen Student Success & Retention – Lead campus-wide initiatives to improve persistence and completion; supervise retention staff and coordinate proactive strategies for at-risk students
Oversee Student Conduct – Enforce professionalism and conduct standards fairly and consistently, documenting incidents and fostering a respectful, accountable student culture
Ensure Compliance & Accreditation – Collaborate with the Compliance Department to maintain readiness for audits, site visits, and program reviews, while ensuring ongoing compliance with ABHES, IBHE, DOE, Title IX, FERPA, and institutional policies
Drive Operational Excellence – Develop and maintain handbooks, workflows, and documentation that enhance consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support Campus Culture – Partner with leadership to promote professionalism, belonging, and collaboration across departments, while supervising support staff development and performance
Engage the Community – Represent ATS in community events and build partnerships with employers, clinical partners, and local organizations to expand opportunities for students
