Requirements

  • Hands-on involvement in project management, business interpretation and application, customer communication, insights/results delivery, and adoption of technology and analytics programs
  • Ability to strategically manage a portfolio of accounts and provide thought leadership
  • Understanding of customer business objectives and experience providing actionable insights/recommendations for analytic engagements (e.g., Commercial/Marketing Mix Models, Paid Owned & Earned Media Effectiveness, Cross Media/Multi-Touch Attribution, Test-and-Learn/Experimental Design, Pricing Strategy, Customer Segmentation Analyses, Marketing Investment Optimization)
  • Knowledge of differences and ability to bridge gaps between various types of research & customer insights
  • Expertise in team leadership, including communicating/managing expectations, planning/monitoring/evaluating/reviewing progress, and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in driving efficient/effective customer delivery with focus on account profitability, technology adoption, standard delivery approaches, documentation, and process improvement
  • Skills in developing/delivering insightful presentations demonstrating value and customer impact
  • Ability to provide expert consultative advice with confidence and clarity
  • Industry knowledge and business acumen to drive adoption of analytic insights and software
  • Capability to manage revenue/profitability goals, contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and account growth

  • Lead and cultivate customer engagements and build/manage a team of consultants and analysts for solution delivery to major advertisers
  • Serve as customer and team lead with hands-on involvement in projects
  • Share new/innovative ideas and lead/participate in global corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with peers on resourcing plans, revenue goals, and new business development
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for analytic engagements
  • Deliver hands-on team leadership for timely/effective customer deliverables
  • Drive objectives, manage expectations, and resolve issues with partners
  • Ensure efficient customer delivery, profitability, technology adoption, consistent documentation, and process improvements
  • Lead team in developing/delivering insightful presentations
  • Provide expert consultative advice to customers
  • Infuse industry knowledge/business acumen to drive insight/software adoption
  • Manage revenue/profitability goals, contract renewals, upsell, and account growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with CET partners and Finance on financial systems
  • Partner with other CET Directors/VPs for resourcing balance
  • Train/coach team members, guide career growth, and lead performance management
  • Lead/contribute to internal corporate initiatives for agility, efficiency, and scalability
  • Support company growth through business collaboration
