Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or director-level role. Proven experience leading high-growth programs in DTC, wellness, CPG, or lifestyle brands is essential. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in execution, is deeply fluent in the creator economy, UGC, attribution, and full-funnel performance, and is known for high standards, sharp instincts, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments with lean teams and big goals is necessary, along with excellent communication and mentorship skills and a track record of building and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

The Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing will develop and evolve the company-wide creator growth strategy, establishing clear OKRs tied to conversion, CAC, LTV, revenue, and content production, and building roadmaps for influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs. This role includes directly managing and mentoring a team of 3, setting team priorities, establishing workflows, and building headcount plans. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing influencer campaigns from concept to execution, reviewing campaign structures and content strategy, owning post-campaign analysis, leading and optimizing whitelisting and Spark Ads strategy, partnering with the paid team for content integration, leading all affiliate and ambassador growth via key tools, architecting a tiered partner program, and continuously testing new funnels and partnerships. Additionally, the role involves aligning with paid media, lifecycle, and creative teams to integrate influencer content into various marketing channels and partnering with the retail and brand team to support national launches with geo-targeted creator strategies.
