Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools like Impact Radius, Commission Junction, or Rakuten, and experience managing at least one direct report or a small team are also required.
The Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and growing relationships with key affiliate organizations to increase Rula's reach and patient acquisition. This role involves developing strategies for affiliate partnerships, analyzing performance data to optimize channels, and collaborating with various teams to execute marketing initiatives. The manager will also oversee the affiliate program, potentially manage direct reports, and contribute to the overall growth and mission of the Patient Marketing team.
