  • Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives
  • Identify and analyze key financial metrics to assess performance
  • Oversee and manage the relationship with the outsourced provider for financial accounting, statutory financial statements, reconciliations, and tax obligations
  • Develop and enforce SLAs and performance metrics for outsourced providers
  • Review and approve all financial reports and statements prepared by the outsource provider
  • Manage both internal and external audit processes
