Responsibilities

Shape financial strategies to fuel business growth and operational efficiency across EU operations
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and the Executive team
Collaborate with business units, providing financial insights and analytics
Support business initiatives through financial analysis and risk assessment
Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Monzo EU
Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives
Identify and analyze key financial metrics to assess performance
Oversee and manage the relationship with the outsourced provider for financial accounting, statutory financial statements, reconciliations, and tax obligations
Develop and enforce SLAs and performance metrics for outsourced providers
Review and approve all financial reports and statements prepared by the outsource provider
Manage both internal and external audit processes
