Requirements

15+ years of experience in software engineering building software products, with at least 5 years in people management
Right combination of technology experience and people management
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Program management, UX and Analytics teams
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Experience in working with peers, stakeholders and partners across different geographies and time zones
Ability to translate highly complex technical requirements into easily digestible and actionable plans
Experience preparing & delivering executive level presentations to business and technology audiences
Ability to lead and manage technical individual contributors across all levels with the ability to foster open communications across the organisation
Ability to motivate direct and indirect reports to deliver superior results
Ability to provide functional and directional guidance to engineers and recommend policy or strategic direction changes to management
Experience in leading development projects using agile methodologies
Experience with Cloud native and MERN stack (essential)
Experience in the Commerce domain (plus)
