Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering building software products, with at least 5 years in people management
  • Right combination of technology experience and people management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Program management, UX and Analytics teams
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience in working with peers, stakeholders and partners across different geographies and time zones
  • Ability to translate highly complex technical requirements into easily digestible and actionable plans
  • Experience preparing & delivering executive level presentations to business and technology audiences
  • Ability to lead and manage technical individual contributors across all levels with the ability to foster open communications across the organisation
  • Ability to motivate direct and indirect reports to deliver superior results
  • Ability to provide functional and directional guidance to engineers and recommend policy or strategic direction changes to management
  • Experience in leading development projects using agile methodologies
  • Experience with Cloud native and MERN stack (essential)
  • Experience in the Commerce domain (plus)
