Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop strategy and execution for education, governance, and operations in Events & Meetings (E&M) globally
  • Drive enhancements to operations, including tech stack for HCP meetings, vendor partnerships, commercialization model changes, education, governance, launch effectiveness, operating model changes, technical platform oversight, and registration platforms
  • Act as global process owner for E&M processes and governance framework, ensuring alignment and policy harmonization
  • Drive transformational change and lead complex projects in a matrix environment
  • Directly manage the Contracting Hub teams (ZS individuals and BMS contracted individuals) accountable for contract production, invoicing, and payments
  • Proactively manage E&M compliance risks, working with Risk, Operations, and Intelligence teams (ROI)
  • Streamline processes, own vendor performance, shape policy, and focus on HCP experience
  • Interact with and advise senior-level BMS management on E&M strategy and operations
  • Ensure efficient, expedited, and compliant operations for internal and external E&M activities
