Requirements

  • Experience building and growing customer success teams at a SaaS company or an agency
  • Led Customer Success Teams: CSMs that run the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure users are getting maximum value from our solutions (success planning, QBRs, usage monitoring etc) to drive maximum revenue retention
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or consulting
  • Experience collaborating with diverse multinational and global enterprise-level companies
  • Experience collaborating with both new business and growth teams
  • Led teams of 10+ people
  • Ability to manage a diverse team of individuals (including early-stage and senior team members)
  • Team player with experience leveraging remote resources and working with company resources outside their market
  • A desire to create and nurture strong client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Lead CSMs to ensure clients are getting maximum value from Similarweb’s solutions
  • Understand client business objectives and communicate the value proposition of the SaaS platform
  • Work alongside the industry’s top talent and have opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development
  • Strategically help clients win their market
  • Collaborate with both new business and growth teams
