Experience launching continuous improvement initiatives targeting efficiency gains (e.g., 5–10%)
Knowledge of cost-down strategies with measurable targets (e.g., 3–5% product cost reduction)
Ability to align production planning with demand forecasts for high production continuity (e.g., 95%+)
Experience establishing cross-functional reporting cadences to executive leadership
Proven track record achieving high on-time delivery rates (e.g., 98%+ sustained)
Skills in reducing manufacturing variances and inventory discrepancies through process optimization (e.g., 15% reduction)

Responsibilities

Lead outsourced manufacturing strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality products delivered on time and at scale
Drive operational excellence, supplier performance, and production readiness while building scalable manufacturing infrastructure
Execute and manage contract manufacturing strategy supporting scalability and cost-effectiveness, including product cost, manufacturing variances, and inventory management
Within first 30 days: Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners; conduct assessment of current operations; define initial KPIs; begin scalable roadmap development; gain proficiency in internal systems
Within 90 days: Implement supplier performance dashboard; launch pilot continuous improvement initiative; execute cost-down strategy; align production planning with forecasts; establish cross-functional reporting cadence
Within 12 months: Achieve 98%+ on-time delivery; reduce variances and inventory discrepancies by 15%; fully integrate with internal systems; build and lead team; launch risk management program; support new product introduction; deliver quarterly executive reports
