Knowledge of cost-down strategies with measurable targets (e.g., 3–5% product cost reduction)

Experience establishing cross-functional reporting cadences to executive leadership
Proven track record achieving high on-time delivery rates (e.g., 98%+ sustained)

Responsibilities

Execute and manage contract manufacturing strategy supporting scalability and cost-effectiveness, including product cost, manufacturing variances, and inventory management
