Owned or heavily contributed to a content program, curriculum, or editorial strategy before, with experience building something 0 → 1
Strong creator with multi-format chops (e.g., writing, teaching, video) and ability to transform ideas into polished, high-impact content
Ability to learn technical domains fast, such as accounting
Belief that content is a lever for learning, trust, pipeline, and product understanding; comfortable diving into data to assess performance
Experience owning inbound pipeline from organic content and contributing to overall inbound volume
Excitement to build the best content function in accounting

Responsibilities

Build the definitive learning ecosystem for Controllers, owning CPE curriculum end-to-end (content creation, program structure, certification paths, ongoing iteration)
Develop content that helps Controllers level up in their craft and advance careers
Create a multi-format content strategy (written, video, live sessions, explainers, playbooks, deep dives)
Build programs supporting top-of-funnel growth, deal acceleration, and brand gravity
Reinvent content for accounting beyond blogs (courses, cohorts, toolkits, interactive materials, short-form video, curriculum arcs); experiment with engaging formats
Create and manage high-quality content: write, script, record, collaborate, produce; apply strong editorial taste to complex technical topics
Manage extended content engine: work with freelancers, editors, subject-matter experts, video partners to scale output and ensure quality, accuracy, and GTM impact
Partner across company: align with marketing for campaigns/product launches, collaborate with PMM for accuracy/positioning, co-create with customers/experts
