Responsibilities

The Director of Analytics will lead the development and execution of the organization’s analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business objectives and drives actionable insights across all teams. They will manage and mentor the analytics team, collaborating with members to plan sprints and ensure timely delivery. The Director will also work with senior executives and key business leaders to define analytics initiatives and maintain alignment between business strategies and analytics capabilities, while developing and maintaining a strategic analytics roadmap. Furthermore, they will partner closely with the Manager of Data Engineering to ensure the data infrastructure supports the analytics team's needs and scalability goals, and oversee the implementation of robust data governance policies to ensure the ethical, legal, and accurate use of data.
