Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Inspire Marketplace Strategy – Sustain a deep understanding of industry and marketplace landscape to influence Inspire delivery roadmap. Validate brand priorities and support new fulfillment, or growth opportunities to mature Inspire off-premises business
  • Brand Marketplace Execution - Consolidated management of brand delivery leads overseeing day-to-day activities including introduction of new marketplaces, franchise adoption, and optimization of channel performance. Applicable brands: Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Jimmy John’s, and Dunkin’
  • Performance Analysis – Leverage brand and channel analytics to identify actionable insights to improve sales or operations of marketplace or fulfillment channels
  • Partnership Management – Aid ongoing relationship management and negotiations with our third-party marketplace and middleware partners in addition to serving as escalation point for delivery leads
  • Monitor marketplace and fulfillment terms: engage regularly with our various third-party partners to maintain and grow our relationships. Throughout all partner engagement, continuously optimize our value equation across all economic levers at our disposal
  • Marketing – Collaborate with Demand Gen and delivery brand leads to plan, negotiate, implement, and measure ROI of marketing placement and discounting strategies on marketplaces
  • Menu & Merchandising – Oversee brand level testing of product assortment, menu architecture, and customer experience of marketplace menus as partners and delivery platforms evolves
  • Operational Excellence – Collaborate with Delivery Operations team to oversee implementation of best practices for all aspects of our marketplace and delivery digital business to facilitate brand adoption
  • Establish Best in Class: Serve as subject matter expert across marketplace and fulfillment services and establish a best-in-class framework in which the delivery leads to operate. Turn strategy and ideas into action, scaling products in context of the entire off-premises portfolio
  • Build influence and relationships: Be a strategic thought partner across the business, encourage growth of expertise among delivery leads to build business cases to deliver results across Brands. Cultivate strong internal partnerships to test, learn, and launch healthy growth opportunities
  • Keep a pulse on the industry: work with internal teams, third-party partners, and industry groups to maintain industry leading perspectives on consumer trends, best-in-class practices, innovation, etc
  • Engage leadership: prepare and deliver leadership updates on Inspire Brands marketplace and delivery strategy, performance, and partner relationships
