Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive GTM plans aligned with business unit goals and strategic priorities
  • Lead enterprise-level horizontal solutions messaging, executive communications, and integrated campaigns across regions
  • Oversee product launch readiness and execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and regions
  • Define and position horizontal solutions with customer-centric value propositions tailored to market needs
  • Monitor pipeline, revenue impact, and campaign effectiveness using dashboards and scorecards to assess ROI
  • Lead multichannel marketing strategy, integrating channels and touchpoints for seamless customer experiences
  • Develop annual business plans with quantified outcomes, budget alignment, and cross-functional integration
  • Conduct robust market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies
  • Build and lead a team of specialists in messaging, enablement, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, regional marketing, GSM BUs, and other BUs for strategic alignment and execution
  • Partner across the organization to develop commercial strategy, story, and marketing plan for the Intelligent Devices Portfolio, aligned to company vision and goals
  • Serve as key commercial partner to Business Unit leadership, providing insights for portfolio strategy, planning, new product launches, and execution
  • Drive ongoing portfolio awareness, demand creation, enablement efforts, business performance assessment, and optimization
