Requirements

15+ years of progressive HRBP experience in global, matrixed organizations - supporting executive leaders within the business or corporate functions
Success as a trusted advisor and thought partner to C-suite leaders, with the gravitas and influence to drive impact at the highest levels
Expertise in organizational strategy and change
Strategic, data-driven growth mindset able to turn insights into action
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural relationship-builder to leaders and employees alike
Innate ability to sort through the noise and deliver what drives the greatest impact
A sense of humor coupled with the ability to get the job done
Ability to travel internationally 4-5 times per year with business leaders as required (primarily London & Tokyo) with potential for additional domestic trips

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to senior executives, developing a people strategy that delivers on business demands
Support leaders navigating the complexity of change as the organization continues to grow and evolve
Drive the talent strategy and play a pivotal role in enabling team innovation and success
Advocate for ongoing learning, innovation and collaboration within teams
Lead the development and execution of a Human Capital Plan (HCP) that enables transformation and improves team effectiveness
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement and People Analytics to develop and deploy evidence-based, proactive solutions for the business
