  • 15+ years of progressive HRBP experience in global, matrixed organizations - supporting executive leaders within the business or corporate functions
  • Success as a trusted advisor and thought partner to C-suite leaders, with the gravitas and influence to drive impact at the highest levels

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to senior executives, developing a people strategy that delivers on business demands
  • Support leaders navigating the complexity of change as the organization continues to grow and evolve
  • Drive the talent strategy and play a pivotal role in enabling team innovation and success
  • Advocate for ongoing learning, innovation and collaboration within teams
  • Lead the development and execution of a Human Capital Plan (HCP) that enables transformation and improves team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement and People Analytics to develop and deploy evidence-based, proactive solutions for the business
