ScienceLogic is looking for a Sales Engineer Director to join their established sales organization. This role focuses on building and strengthening technical partnerships with Global Service Integrators (GSIs). The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with both enterprise and managed service companies. The goal is to embed ScienceLogic’s AIOps platform into GSI solutions and managed services frameworks, ultimately driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • GSI Relationship Building: Develop and execute a technical sales strategy to expand relationships with GSIs.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build trusted technical partnerships with GSI stakeholders, including practice leads, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Technical Enablement: Lead technical enablement sessions, workshops, and certification programs for GSI teams.
  • Solution Design: Engage with GSI technical teams to design, architect, and implement AIOps solutions.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Drive PoC initiatives to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
  • Integration Alignment: Align the AIOps platform with the service offerings and solution portfolios of GSIs.
  • Co-Sell Opportunities: Collaborate with GSI sales teams to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities.
  • Account Planning: Support joint account planning and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least seven years of pre-sales experience in network monitoring/management or cloud services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with both enterprise and managed service companies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT operations, automation, and AI.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to develop and execute a technical sales strategy.
