Responsibilities

The Director, Growth Marketing will lead and oversee Performance Marketing and Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing teams in Japan, driving subscriber acquisition, retention, and churn reduction. They will own the delivery of paid retail subscription targets, collaborate with US partners, and oversee retail subscription and revenue targets in conjunction with the Integrated Marketing team. This role involves developing innovative strategies to scale new customer acquisition and reconnect campaigns, partnering with Finance on revenue generation and churn optimization, and fostering a culture of experimentation to drive innovation and continuous improvement. They will also work closely with the Analytics and Partnerships teams to track progress, refine strategies, and integrate partner marketing efforts into a seamless consumer journey.
