Requirements

10+ years of experience in Operations, Resource Management, or Business Strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience scaling processes, teams, and systems in a complex, creative, or technology-driven organization
Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate data into insight and insight into action
Deep understanding of operational frameworks and performance metrics
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to align diverse teams and personalities toward a shared goal
Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and guiding others through change

Responsibilities

Partner with the executive team to translate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and systems that drive accountability and performance
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning Resource Management and IT/Business Automation, fostering collaboration, clarity, and ownership
Identify and remove operational redundancies across the business, simplifying workflows, improving communication, and clarifying ownership
Champion scalable systems and tools that enable teams to operate efficiently and focus on high-impact work
Provide strategic direction to the Resource Management function, ensuring talent is effectively aligned to business priorities and project demands
Oversee the design and continuous improvement of tools, systems, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into utilization, forecasting, and project health
Act as an escalation point and strategic advisor for Resource Management, ensuring the function operates with efficiency and foresight
Partner with the IT leadership of our parent company to provide strategic oversight of Metalab’s IT function, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and tools are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs
Drive optimization of digital systems and processes across the organization to enhance productivity and data visibility
Oversee the implementation of business automations that streamline operations, eliminate repetitive tasks, and improve data accuracy; collaborate with department leads to identify opportunities that deliver measurable impact
Act as a trusted partner to all departments, ensuring Operations supports collective business goals
Collaborate closely with People Operations to align on employee experience initiatives
Work with Delivery and Leadership teams to ensure resourcing, hiring, and systems decisions are made holistically and in support of company strategy
Work with Finance and Project Management to ensure reporting provides the visibility necessary to make informed decisions
Bring a neutral, objective lens to problem solving, balancing competing priorities and helping teams align around shared outcomes
