Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to support the Manufacturing Network and Quality Management Systems
  • Support and work directly with manufacturing partners, product development teams, suppliers, and fulfillment centers to create/optimize processes
  • Verify that all ingredients and products meet specifications and are handled properly from supplier to customer
  • Ensure every customer trusts the brand offers the highest quality product
  • Lead a group of highly skilled individuals, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Drive the implementation and realization of the FSQR function's vision
  • Foster alignment with the organization’s vision and support department growth into a best-in-industry function
