Requirements

Technical expertise in food safety and quality to effectively communicate concerns/risks
Experience partnering cross-functionally with manufacturing partners, product development teams (internal and external), suppliers, and fulfillment centers
Visionary leadership skills to create and drive a vision for the FSQR function in partnership with the VP, FSQR
Ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team of highly skilled individuals

Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes and procedures to support the Manufacturing Network and Quality Management Systems
Support and work directly with manufacturing partners, product development teams, suppliers, and fulfillment centers to create/optimize processes
Verify that all ingredients and products meet specifications and are handled properly from supplier to customer
Ensure every customer trusts the brand offers the highest quality product
Lead a group of highly skilled individuals, providing mentorship and guidance
Drive the implementation and realization of the FSQR function's vision
Foster alignment with the organization’s vision and support department growth into a best-in-industry function
