Responsibilities

As the Director of Footwear Design, you will lead the footwear category, reporting directly to the Vice President of Design, and be involved in every aspect of the creative process from ideation to final product execution. You will also lead and drive process improvements for the design department, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Creative, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class product to customers.
