Requirements

Leadership experience in facilities management, preferably in MedTech, manufacturing, or orthopedics sectors
Expertise in Environmental Health, Safety (EH&S) and Facilities Services (FS)
Ability to oversee global teams and site leads across multiple locations (e.g., US, Europe including Blackpool UK, Brussels Belgium, Ringaskiddy Ireland, Zug Switzerland)
Knowledge of engineering, property services, real estate, and strategic project delivery
Experience managing hard and soft services in facilities management
Capability to drive FM capabilities and provide global oversight
Availability to work in one of the specified locations: Palm Beach Gardens FL, Raynham MA, Warsaw IN, Turnhoutseweg Beerse, Loughbeg Ireland, Blackpool UK, or Gubelstrasse Switzerland

Responsibilities

Drive facilities management (FM) capabilities globally for MedTech Make Orthopedics
Provide oversight of FM Orthopedics Site Leads across global sites
Accountable for hard and soft services in facilities management
Ensure delivery of end-to-end services including real estate, engineering, strategic project delivery, and FM
Support innovative workplaces for employee collaboration and growth
Deliver flexible site solutions to enable business operations serving customers and patients
Transition to DePuy Synthes employment post-separation, adhering to new processes, policies, and benefits
