  • 10+ years of experience in advertising, editorial, content marketing, brand marketing or related creative field
  • Passion for Jordan Brand and its role in the global cultural landscape
  • Portfolio of creative work across advertising, editorial, and branded content—displaying a distinct voice and demonstrating a command of style and tone
  • Obsession with storytelling and craft
  • Ability to lead strategic development across a team and project
  • Experience leading creative productions: from pre-production to on-set leadership and post-production
  • Wealth of experience in managing agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the highest caliber work
  • Love for problem-solving
  • Expertise and nuanced understanding of Jordan Brand and its role in the cultural landscape, including basketball culture and the intersection of sport, streetwear, and energy
  • Deep understanding of navigating the creative process from concept through development and production

Responsibilities

  • Lead, drive, and deliver world-class narrative strategy and creative concepts for Jordan Brand’s Energy category, obsessing over storytelling with craft, taste, and scale
  • Partner closely with teammates across the creative team and functions of Jordan Brand to develop narrative and craft messaging tailored to specific audiences, platforms, and moments
  • Manage a team of Energy-focused narrative managers and storytellers, as well as external partners
  • Work across the Energy category’s seasonal briefs, collaborator launches, and key priorities—driving and delivering world-class narrative strategy, creative concepts, and emotive messaging across key platforms, media, and retail spaces
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate Energy into new and existing corners of The Brand, with impact and at scale
  • Report to the Senior Creative Director, Narrative Jordan Brand
  • Partner day-to-day with narrative managers, art directors, designers, producers, and marketers
  • Collaborate with Brand Voice, Brand Design, and Brand Marketing senior leaders
  • Collaborate with external creatives and partners to commission work across platforms
