Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and management of all enablement technology, including LMS, CMS, and emerging AI-enabled tooling
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure technology stack is integrated, scalable, and provides seamless user experience
  • Drive content rigor to keep content platforms up-to-date and feeding AI Sales agents
  • Stay ahead on new enablement technologies, especially AI, and evaluate their potential
  • Direct the Sales Programs function to design, launch, and manage strategic initiatives driving sales productivity, learning reinforcement, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and GTM teams to identify needs and translate into actionable sales programs
  • Provide guidance and coaching to ensure Sales Programs initiatives produce impactful results and support business requirements
  • Establish and maintain robust enablement reporting framework using Kirkpatrick framework to measure program impact
  • Leverage Snowflake’s platform to build dashboards and reports showing enablement's contribution to business metrics
  • Use data to inform decisions, identify improvements, and communicate ROI to senior leadership
  • Lead program management to execute enablement initiatives (e.g., Sales Kickoff, product launches) with precision
  • Develop and implement standardized program management methodology for consistency, quality, and scalability
  • Partner with content and delivery teams to define scope, milestones, timelines, and resources
  • Serve as central point of contact for program stakeholders, providing updates and managing risks/dependencies
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team of enablement operations professionals, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Establish operational standards and best practices for the enablement organization
