Requirements

  • Experience with digital audit tools, data analytics, and AI integration in compliance programs
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% globally and work flexibly across varied environments
  • Preferred: Professional certifications (CIH, CSP); ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor credential

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global EHSS internal audit program, including strategic planning, scoping, execution, and reporting, aligned with internal standards and business priorities
  • Oversee annual audit goal-setting, long-range planning, and outcome reporting to senior leadership; support management review and trend analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of audit processes by analyzing findings, identifying systemic risks, and recommending enhancements to EHSS programs and controls
  • Advance digitalization of the audit program, including integration of AI and analytics to improve efficiency, insight generation, and risk prediction
  • Develop and deliver auditor training and communications, partnering with site leaders, EHSS systems leads, and external providers
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audit stakeholders, including certification bodies and industry organizations
  • Provide expert guidance in complex EHSS scenarios, applying risk-based thinking and cross-functional collaboration
