Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility by driving adoption of new processes, tools, and mindsets
Establish and oversee frameworks for tracking and measuring the impact of transformation initiatives to ensure return on investment
Provide executive oversight for the full portfolio of cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, data-driven prioritization, and resource allocation
Project and forecast budgets via rigorous financial planning and oversight
Implement a robust governance framework for accountability, transparency, and regular portfolio reporting to executive leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing cybersecurity transformation and program delivery team, including internal and external resources like technical PMs
Build and maintain strong global relationships with senior and executive management, as well as stakeholders from C-suite to frontline teams
