Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility by driving adoption of new processes, tools, and mindsets
  • Establish and oversee frameworks for tracking and measuring the impact of transformation initiatives to ensure return on investment
  • Provide executive oversight for the full portfolio of cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, data-driven prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Project and forecast budgets via rigorous financial planning and oversight
  • Implement a robust governance framework for accountability, transparency, and regular portfolio reporting to executive leadership
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing cybersecurity transformation and program delivery team, including internal and external resources like technical PMs
  • Build and maintain strong global relationships with senior and executive management, as well as stakeholders from C-suite to frontline teams
