Candidates should possess a seasoned leadership track record in Customer Success and/or Implementation, demonstrating experience within SaaS environments, particularly those within the healthcare or dental industries. They must have a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be data-driven, capable of building and leading high-performing teams, and possessing the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
The Director of Customer Success & Implementation will lead and manage two cross-functional teams – a Customer Success Team focused on clinical onboarding, change management, and product adoption, and an Implementation Team responsible for technical discovery, VideaAI installation, and project management of client deployments. They will champion customer change management strategies, partner with client teams to ensure high-impact onboarding, develop tailored adoption roadmaps, and drive product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction. Additionally, the role encompasses owning executive relationships with key customers, enhancing the feedback loop with various departments, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey in collaboration with cross-functional leadership.
