Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a unified global strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, success, and retention, aligning processes across regions
  • Partner with the Digital Center of Excellence to drive global innovation, scalability, and best practices in digital customer success
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies using predictive analytics and AI to reduce churn, maximize customer lifetime value, and deliver anticipatory service
  • Lead the adoption of advanced digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience and oversee global patient-facing digital initiatives
  • Design seamless, personalized customer journeys and manage value-added services to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, operations, and regional teams to align strategies with business goals
  • Define and track success metrics and KPIs, use analytics to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions, and build business cases for investment
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing global team, foster collaboration and innovation, and champion a customer-centric culture
  • Lead transformational initiatives to modernize customer support and engagement for the Diabetes Operating Unit
