Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Customer Onboarding will lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to deliver payroll implementations across multiple geographies. They will act as the executive contact for clients during the payroll implementation phase, ensuring their specific needs are understood and met. The role includes overseeing all stages of the payroll implementation process, managing a book of business, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, the Director will identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients.
