As the Director of Customer Onboarding, you will lead a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, overseeing payroll implementations for customers globally. You will ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant payroll implementations for multinational organizations, working closely with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and guide the regional team of Customer Onboarding Managers.
  • Deliver payroll implementation across multiple geographies and business sectors.
  • Act as executive contact for clients during the payroll implementation phase.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific project and payroll needs.
  • Provide consultation on best practices.
  • Ensure client requirements are met through customized payroll solutions.
  • Ensure that client payrolls are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Manage a book of business and ensure project goals are met.
