Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in the clinical area of life sciences, preferably at a CRO, Sponsor, consulting firm, or eClinical vendor, with a strong understanding of global drug development, clinical trial processes, and ICH/GCP guidelines. They should also be able to hold meaningful conversations with heads of clinical operations and IT regarding eClinical applications and their use in clinical trial execution, and have a willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

The Director - Clinical Strategy will provide guidance to sales teams in driving new opportunities in the SMB market, support sales opportunities by conducting customer need identification and education sessions, consult with SMB customers on leveraging the Veeva Clinical Operations Platform, develop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of new features, provide business and capability guidance to the product team, gather customer feedback, and present at industry conferences. Additionally, they will undertake other special projects as assigned.
