Requirements

  • Hands-on involvement in project management, business interpretation and application, customer communication, insights/results delivery, and adoption of technology and analytics programs
  • Ability to strategically manage a portfolio of accounts and provide thought leadership
  • Understanding of customer business objectives and capability to provide actionable insights and recommendations for analytic engagements (e.g., Commercial/Marketing Mix Models, Paid Owned & Earned Media Effectiveness, Cross Media or Multi-Touch Attribution, Test-and-Learn or Experimental Design, Pricing Strategy, Customer Segmentation Analyses, Marketing Investment Optimization)
  • Knowledge of differences and ability to bridge gaps between various types of research & customer insights
  • Hands-on team leadership to ensure timely and effective customer deliverables, including communicating/managing expectations, planning/monitoring/evaluating/reviewing progress, and resolving issues
  • Expertise in driving efficient and effective customer delivery with focus on account profitability, technology adoption, standard delivery approaches, documentation, and process improvement
  • Ability to develop and deliver insightful presentations demonstrating tangible value and customer impact
  • Expert consultative advice with confidence and clarity
  • Industry knowledge and business acumen to drive adoption of analytic insights and software
  • Capability to manage towards revenue and profitability goals, including contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and account growth
  • Collaboration skills with CET partners, Finance, and regional offices for resourcing, financial systems, training/coaching, performance management, and corporate initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead and cultivate customer engagements and build/manage a team of consultants and analysts for solution delivery to major advertisers
  • Serve as customer and team lead with prominent role in project management, business interpretation, customer communication, insights delivery, and technology/analytics adoption
  • Share new and innovative ideas, lead/participate in global corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with peers on resourcing plans, revenue goals, and new business development
  • Strategically manage account portfolio and provide thought leadership to delight customers
  • Provide hands-on team leadership for timely/effective deliverables, driving objectives and resolving issues
  • Drive efficient customer delivery focused on profitability, technology adoption, standard approaches, documentation, and process improvement
  • Lead team in developing/delivering insightful presentations showing value and impact
  • Provide expert consultative advice to customers
  • Infuse industry knowledge/business acumen to drive insight/software adoption in customer decisions
  • Manage revenue/profitability goals, customer contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and account growth through additional solutions/brands/dimensions/geographies
  • Partner with CET Directors/VPs across regions for resourcing balance
  • Train/coach team members, guide career growth, lead performance management
  • Lead/contribute to internal corporate initiatives for agility, efficiency, and scalability
  • Contribute to company growth through support and collaboration
