Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (equivalent experience considered); Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders updated and involved
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions
  • Analyze the impact of changes, evaluate readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement action plans to address resistance
  • Establish metrics to measure efficiency, monitor and report on change progress, and make vital adjustments
  • Apply industry-standard methodologies, tools, and processes; continuously improve processes and tools
  • Identify risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
