Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines (MBA highly desirable)
  • Extensive experience (5-7 years) in strategy and business consulting (highly desirable)
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce, online Marketplaces (ideally in transportation, compliance, or supply chain functions), including building in a high growth environment and executing in a multi-billion dollar globally scaled enterprise (highly desirable)
  • Strong data analytics skills, including SQL writing and/or AI prompting
  • Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to senior executives in presentation and white paper form

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Strategy team within Walmart Cross Border (WCB) Imports
  • Manage strategic planning functions, including Go-to-Market, Annual Planning and Forecasting, Business Reviews, and Seller onboarding
  • Engage with leaders across Marketplace, Global Transportation, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, and others to develop and articulate strategic points of view, orchestration, and planning for key deliverables
  • Own critical business metrics (OKRs) for the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations for senior leadership on growth and improvement
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to develop and refine the organization's strategic goals
  • Represent Marketplace supply chain team in cross-functional forums to ensure requirements are known and aligned
  • Drive continuous improvement of strategic planning processes, including annual goal-setting, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives
  • Work with key product and program leads to set the roadmap incorporating Seller feedback to optimize engagement, utilization, and penetration for business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring business performance and success
