Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction within the department and on cross-functional teams managing strategic process transformation across all business lines
Act as part of a core team defining cohesive plans capturing technology, people, and process, with focus on planning, change management, and communications
Define future state 'Best-in-Class' solutions and ensure successful deployment for operational components in Sales, Marketing, and ordering service
Reduce variation from processes to achieve simplification and operational efficiencies
Create clearly defined, mutually agreeable success metrics for new systems or processes and establish plans to track, monitor, and measure them
Use a methodical, collaborative approach: measure processes, define problem statements, perform gap analysis, standardize best practices, and enable continuous improvement
Develop repeatable, scalable plans and processes to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency
Interact closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (field and corporate) to secure alignment and solution excellence
Foster an environment of empowerment, openness, inclusion, and objectivity to deliver organization-wide solutions
Work with HR on plans for change management, communication, and training needs
Own the Orion bill presentment platform Britebill, driving ongoing bill cycle operations and enhancements for CB Systems (Orion)
Manage all commitments within assigned organization and dependencies across the department
