Experience in leading product go-to-market initiatives, driving growth through influencer, content, and partnership channels, and managing cross-functional teams and external agencies is required. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can balance short-term performance with long-term brand equity, is proactive, execution-focused, and thrives in fast-paced, digitally native, and regulated environments.
The Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for building and scaling Felix's brand presence across Canada. This includes owning the full brand strategy and marketing calendar, developing integrated full-funnel, omni-channel campaigns, and leading product go-to-market initiatives. The role also involves driving measurable growth through influencer, content, and partnership channels, collaborating with Product and R&D on launch plans, and ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints. Additionally, the Director will serve as a strategic connector across departments, manage external agency relationships, and lead, recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team.
