Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience at ad tech or media companies or agencies, demonstrating a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem. They should have a proven track record as a high-performing client-facing individual contributor, with experience managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue goals. Furthermore, candidates must be expert data storytellers and committed to building meaningful relationships through a consultative sales approach, enjoying a fast-paced work environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

The Director - Audience Data Partnerships will work closely with the Sales team to map and execute strategic account plans, build meaningful relationships with key customers, craft the performance narrative using Crossix Measurement data, track changes in performance and notify Sales, present findings to customers for upsell and increased adoption, and serve as the subject matter expert on Crossix data and methodology, privacy, competitive marketplace, and industry trends. They will also train the sales team, present at industry events, manage custom deal negotiations including recommending pricing and strategy, and address and resolve customer challenges including point of escalation on operational issues.
