Requirements

  • Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting diverse data sets to solve business problems, predict behaviors, identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions
  • Proficiency with Relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and/or Data Warehouse data storage (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks Delta Lake)
  • Application of advanced statistical methods to quantify data variances and support decision-making using traditional modeling techniques
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI (AI Insights), Databricks, AWS, Azure, Synapse, H2O Driverless AI
  • Ability to develop business cases and create complex models using big data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, Databricks) for process integration and recommendations
  • Skills in building and testing predictive models (e.g., Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series) on various data samples and verifying accuracy
  • Capability to develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports, and charts, and advise on data patterns for strategic recommendations
  • Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams of analysts, including resource allocation, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of advanced methods like A/B testing, causal inference, segmentation, AI, machine learning, and automation tools
  • Ability to champion data governance, scalable infrastructure, and stay ahead of industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced analytics models to identify churn risk, uncover customer motivations, and recommend actionable retention strategies for broadband customer retention
  • Shape the analytics vision supporting broadband product initiatives, focusing on reducing churn and maximizing customer lifetime value
  • Partner with commercialization, marketing, product management, customer experience, and operations to align analytics priorities with business goals
  • Guide campaign evaluation, pricing, and design of personalized retention initiatives
  • Manage and develop a high-performing group of analysts, overseeing resource allocation, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Champion adoption of cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance analytics capabilities
  • Ensure robust data governance and scalable infrastructure
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Direct and lead a large team of professionals analyzing data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis
