Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in telecom sales, with a proven track record in mobile infrastructure solutions or wireless network technologies
  • 5+ years’ experience managing sales in the MENA region, ideally with Tier-1 and Tier-2 MNOs
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Network Technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and Open RAN architectures
  • Demonstrated success in winning new MNO accounts and expanding business with existing customers
  • Excellent understanding of technical and commercial aspects of RAN solutions, network deployment, and mobile network transformation
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for customer meetings and business development activities

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales and business development for Open RAN solutions across the MENA region targeting Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and key telecom partners
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed company revenue and growth targets
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting, solution positioning, and proposal development to technical and commercial negotiations and deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales team to align regional strategy and ensure consistent messaging
  • Cultivate strong executive-level relationships with MNO decision-makers, positioning Parallel Wireless as a trusted RAN partner
  • Support local customer engagement activities, pre-sales, and post-sales support in coordination with internal teams
  • Partner with the customer support organization to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Represent Parallel Wireless at industry events, trade shows, and regional conferences to promote the company’s Open RAN technology and network innovation leadership
  • Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and feedback on emerging telecom trends to management
