Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, particularly within a high-growth technology or fintech environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP), auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements is essential, as is experience with consolidating financial statements across multiple jurisdictions. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team are also required.

Responsibilities

As the Director - Accounts, you will be responsible for understanding requirements, identifying and implementing suitable accounting systems and tools, and establishing best-in-class accounting practices and internal control procedures across multiple corporate entities and businesses. This includes overseeing the purchase-to-procurement cycle, billing processes, revenue and cash reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate monthly closures, year-end financial closures, and consolidations. You will also handle the end-to-end audit process and drive excellence towards processes, while overseeing multiple reporting teams.
