Requirements
- De formation supérieure dans le domaine du commerce & du management
- Expérience significative en tant que Directeur Adjoint ou Responsable de Rayon d'un centre de profit dans l’univers de la Mode et/ou du Retail
- Manager de terrain avec une âme de commerçant et du talent pour la relation client
- Bon relationnel, anime l'équipe avec bienveillance & exigence

Responsibilities
- Co-Leader d’équipe : incarner les valeurs de Kiabi et les faire vivre au quotidien
- Veiller au bon climat social tout en garantissant une organisation performante et agile
- Prendre en charge le recrutement, la formation et l’animation de l’équipe
- Favoriser la responsabilisation et l’autonomie de chacun pour développer la réussite collective
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale dans le respect de la politique Kiabi
- Faire vivre aux clients une shopping expérience plaisir et différenciante avec l’équipe
- Développer la culture économique de l’équipe via les indicateurs commerciaux pour plus de performance
- Piloter et maîtriser les différentes lignes de frais du magasin en binôme avec le Leader de Magasin
- Développer la culture du résultat de l’équipe afin de garantir la rentabilité du site
