Requirements

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en prevención de fraudes en medios de pago o en instituciones financieras
  • Experiencia demostrable en operación y control de tarjetas de crédito (TDC) y conocimiento profundo de Visa, MasterCard y American Express
  • Haber liderado equipos de análisis y monitoreo de alto desempeño en ambientes de gran volumen transaccional
  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores, procesadores y comercios afiliados, así como en la implementación de políticas antifraude
  • Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería, Finanzas o afín
  • Deseable posgrado o maestría en Gestión de Riesgos, Prevención de Fraudes, o Administración de Negocios

Responsibilities

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias preventivas frente a fraudes en medios de pago (tarjetas de crédito, débito y operaciones electrónicas) alineadas con las políticas institucionales y las tendencias del mercado
  • Supervisar el desempeño del equipo de monitoreo y análisis, garantizando una operación eficiente y oportuna que cubra millones de transacciones diarias bajo esquemas de alto desempeño
  • Dirigir la revisión y optimización de las reglas operativas para asegurar la detección temprana de fraudes sin afectar la experiencia del cliente
  • Coordinar acciones con áreas internas y socios externos (procesadores, comercios afiliados, proveedores de servicios, Visa, MasterCard, American Express y otros bancos) para fortalecer el ecosistema de prevención
  • Analizar tendencias y tipologías de fraude emergente, proponiendo iniciativas innovadoras basadas en inteligencia artificial, analítica avanzada y modelos predictivos
  • Impulsar proyectos estratégicos que contribuyan a la evolución del modelo de prevención más allá de la operación diaria
  • Asegurar la integridad de las operaciones y cumplimiento regulatorio, en coordinación con las áreas de Cumplimiento, PLD, Riesgos y Medios de Pago
  • Liderar sesiones de seguimiento con las áreas de Cards y Payments, promoviendo la mejora continua y la colaboración transversal
  • Representar a la institución ante foros internos y externos relacionados con prevención de fraude, seguridad transaccional y tendencias del sector financiero
