Requirements

  • Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented and safety-minded
  • Physically able to bend, reach, and assist guests with harnesses repeatedly
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Must attend mandatory safety and equipment training prior to event
  • Fluency in English (French or other languages a bonus)
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with seating and correctly securing safety harnesses before each lift
  • Perform double-checks and visual inspections of safety gear under supervisor guidance
  • Provide a calm, welcoming presence to guests as they prepare for the experience
  • Support the loading and unloading process for each session
  • Communicate clearly with the crane team, service staff, and supervisors
  • Help manage the flow of guests in waiting/lounge areas
  • Assist with general site setup, cleanliness, and logistics as needed
  • Respond to guest questions or concerns with professionalism
  • Follow all safety protocols and participate in pre-event safety briefings
  • Wear required event uniform and safety gear at all times
