First Level University degree
7 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
PMP Certified
In-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
Ability to speak with authority on project management methods and contribute to the company's PM Professions community
Deep project/program management expertise
Solid understanding of supply chain technology ecosystems, including ERP, API/EDI integrations, and planning tools
Advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues; regarded as a subject matter expert
Experience leading and providing expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives
Ability to exercise significant independent judgment

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional supply chain transformation projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on integration (API/EDI) and digital enablement
Drive the design and rollout of planning system transformations (e.g., IBP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan)
Lead complex global integration programs
Drive AI-enabled innovation
Champion automation initiatives that optimize and digitize end-to-end supply chain
Work cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable solutions that modernize operations and enhance performance
Lead customer engagement to ensure it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations through planning, controlling, and managing customer projects
Manage corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems
Responsible for business as well as team management
Establish and maintain the portfolio and project management environment based upon Policies, Standards, Customer Engagement Roadmap, and Global Method
Perform responsibilities as a member of an Engagement Program Management Office (EPMO) or as a business unit leader with responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects
Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues
Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods
Provide direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies
Represent the organization to external customers/clients
Provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees
