Ability to evaluate impact of process changes on team and end-to-end process flow to accept/decline changes

Responsibilities

Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value through automation, analytics, workflow digitization, and GenAI
Analyze end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and execute Lean Six Sigma actions (VSM, 5S, SOP redesign) with clear KPI/SLA impact
Identify digital and automation opportunities, build business cases, and support upsell/new-scope discussions with clients
Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and tracking benefits and progress
Lead productivity, data, and entitlement analyses; support automation planning, UAT, deployment, and benefit validation
Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, risk management, workshops, documentation, and stakeholder updates
Engage clients through presentations, demos, and advisory support, acting as a trusted partner for process and digital transformation
Contribute to knowledge capital, new solutions or services
Establish or expand relationships with key individuals
Make/propose improvements to work products, services or processes
Coordinate/implement a key initiative, process or change
Manage potential impact of program or contract changes
Reduce/Manage risks to tasks, activities or projects
