Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with business SMEs to identify and define business problems that can be addressed through Automation
  • Analyze and measure the efficiency of current business processes and develop balanced, repeatable, and quantifiable enhancements
  • Build end-to-end process maps, eliminate waste, and define streamlined processes for automation
  • Manage backlog of automation opportunities and align projects with program objectives
  • Perform Cost Benefit Analysis to prioritize critical automation processes
  • Drive monthly reviews with the Automation Governance Council to prioritize projects
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and justify the benefit of automation
  • Define agile methodologies and project management practices for all projects
  • Collect and document core requirements, working with Solution Architects and developers for timely project completion
  • Evangelize Automation by educating and promoting its capabilities across functional groups
  • Coordinate project teams comprising internal and external experts based on budget, scope, and timeline
  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple projects by coordinating with global technical teams
  • Ensure quality results that meet collaborator expectations
