Requirements
Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience designing digital products, including web and mobile platforms, and a portfolio demonstrating user-centered visual and interaction design skills. Strong grasp of UX principles and a methodical, user-focused approach are required, along with proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Zeplin, and InVision. Knowledge of, or interest in, the world of sport is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
As a Midweight Product Designer, the individual will collaborate within cross-functional squads alongside Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to design clean, impactful user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile platforms, focusing on usability, consistency, and quality. They will contribute to design systems, present ideas confidently, iterate on feedback, and play a key part in shaping how fans experience sports. The role involves managing own time across multiple workstreams, ensuring pixel-perfect detail, and committing to continuous learning and improvement.
