Requirements

Solid hands-on experience in Architecting, designing and deploying IaaS, PaaS, Virtualization Technologies, Private and Public Cloud design, Cyber security solutions, Data & AI solutions (In-depth experience in one area and basic understanding of the IT infrastructure stack)
Industry Certifications on Virtualization, Cloud and Containers
Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish language
Ability to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive conversations/discussions
Technical writing skills to publish required documents
Strong customer focus with ability to manage escalations and balance needs of customer & HPE teams (Sales/Pursuit/Delivery)
Educational qualifications (as referenced)

Responsibilities

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
Deliver technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs
Understand customers’ businesses and act as trusted advisor to create and maintain effective customer relationships for satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
Contribute to company’s solutions portfolio with technical knowledge and methodologies from customer projects
Shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers
Maintain consistent chargeability levels and assist in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Interact with sales/pursuit/Presales team to understand customer requirements, review RFPs, and solution requirements
Deliver best-in-class technology solutions to solve customer business challenges while meeting HPE objectives
Take part in solution preparation to deliver technical value and expertise to HPE’s large customer base
Work independently or across teams to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Participate in technical community or profession to expand technical knowledge, business acumen, and professional network
Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quotes and SoW for in-pursuit deals
Develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery to exempted customers
Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency
Generate and cultivate new business opportunities and provide technical support for deal proposal development
